  • Define, build and implement our Company’s sales cycle / approach
  • Assume end-to-end responsibility from targeting to sealing deals, establish reasonable CRM
  • Understand market demand to customize sales approach
  • Contact new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives
  • Develop and improve sales presentations and pitches to gain access to new customers
  • Plan detailed activities and provide recap (report) of results and accomplishments
  • Assist in the development of pricing, product and market strategies
  • Closely collaborate with marketing, helping to define and monitor marketing mix
  • Assist defining go-to-market roadmap / milestones
  • Represent the company at networking events & shows


  • You have gained experience on the front line of B2B sales, ideally also in B2C environments
  • Relevant network and positive reputation in the video games industry
  • Proven track record in working on technology licensing, middleware sales or software
  • Able to understand and communicate “technology”
  • Passion for video games and comfort with the technical aspect of video game development
  • Expertise in strategic partnership structures, contract negotiation and deal closing
  • Project management to balance different needs based on changing priorities
  • Proven skills in teaming and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication, motivational skills and customer follow up
  • Willingness to travel (international)
  • Self-starter who can operate with minimal oversight
